John D.B Carr is a proud native of Prince George’s County who lives in Brandywine with his wife and four children. John attended Bishop McNamara High School while later attending the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice. Focusing on his passion for serving the community, John started his career with the Prince George’s County Office of the Sheriff. While serving as a Deputy Sheriff, John continued his education at Norwich University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
